We hope you are delighted with your Harbour and House purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a physical product, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.
Please note that digital products are non-refundable.
Physical products — returns
You have the right to return physical items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as Harbour and House cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Due to the nature of digital products, including downloads, templates, and guides, all digital purchases are final and non-refundable.
